Ricki has an MSW in social work with a concentration in Aging, Health & Mental Health. She has a post-graduate certificate in Gerontology and is a licensed social worker. Prior to joining Services and Resources for Seniors in 2002, her work experience included comprehensive social work services at several long term care facilities  including Alzhemier/Dementia special care units. In addition, she has extensive experience as a Hospice social worker. Ricki is certified as a geriatric care manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.
