Elyse has an MSW in social work and is a licensed social worker. Prior to joining Services and Resources for Seniors in 2008, Elyse’s experience included work with a home care agency, a hospital where she was the social work supervisor of a rehabilitation unit and a hospice doing Provider Relations. In addition, she has been the Director of Community Relations for a skilled nursing facility. Her role included managing the admissions process for the elderly coming from hospitals and the home setting. Elyse is certified as a geriatric care manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.
