Connie has provided private care management services for seniors and disabled adults throughout Northern New Jersey since 1987. She was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) in 1991 and was the 2001 President. In addition, in 1989 she was appointed Chairperson of the Standards and Ethics Committee of NAPGCM and continues to be an active member of the Committee. She is a distinguished Fellow of NAPGCM.

She was elected President of the Greater New York Chapter of NAPGCM in 1992 & 1994. Connie is currently on the Board of Directors of the Guardianship Association of New Jersey .  Connie was the 2003 recipient of the Adele Elkind Award for Professional Service in Geriatric Care Management at the Local and National Levels.

Connie returned to the Board of Directors for NAPGCM in 2011 for a one year term.
